7. Data and Storage

We provide storage for your workflows and related data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data. We may set reasonable limits on storage and usage as needed.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
